SMASH is recommending a NO retention vote in the fall of 2010 for  members of the Illinois Supreme Court who did not support caps legislation.  It is reason enough.  Vote No for retention of Judges Kilbride (Third district),  Fitzgerald and  Freeman (First district), and Thomas (Second district).  They are each up for a 10 year term.    Burke also did not support caps legislation, but is not up for voting this year.
